These terms define how the user accesses the site happystay.ma (the “site”) and uses the content and services presented on it.

By browsing the site, the user acknowledges having read these terms and agrees to comply with them. If you disagree with any of these provisions, please do not use the site.

Happy Stay presents on this site its specialised cleaning and concierge activity. The services offered include in particular:

• Sofa and armchair cleaning
• Mattress cleaning
• Carpet cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Concierge service (guest welcome and follow-up, key handling, logistical support)

The details of each service are agreed directly with the client when contact is made, according to the actual need.

The information published on the site (texts, photos, descriptions, list of service neighbourhoods) is strictly informative.

It is not a contractual offer. Any actual service follows a prior discussion, a personalised quote, then a confirmation between Happy Stay and the client.

Good to know: some images are atmosphere illustrations generated by artificial intelligence and do not reflect a job carried out. Photographs from Happy Stay's Instagram account show real work. The result of a clean depends in particular on the upholstery, its age and the nature of the stains.

The user can contact Happy Stay by WhatsApp, phone or Instagram. The site has no form. By sending a request, the user agrees to be contacted back through one of the channels provided.

Every request is handled with care and answered as soon as possible, usually during opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00).

Sending a quote request commits neither the user nor the company until a formal confirmation has been exchanged between both parties.

Happy Stay works in Agadir and its region. The neighbourhoods mentioned on the site are indicative and reflect the usual service areas.

Depending on the schedule and the nature of the requested service, availability may vary. A job outside these areas remains possible and is considered case by case, on request.

The company reserves the right to decline a job that does not fit its activity or would not allow the expected quality to be guaranteed.

The publisher does its best to provide users with reliable and up-to-date information. However, it cannot be held liable for:

• Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the published content;
• Technical interruptions or unavailability of the site due to maintenance or external causes;
• Use of the published information outside its intended framework.

Services actually carried out by Happy Stay are governed by the prior exchanges, the quote and any specific agreements concluded with the client.

By using the site, the user undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information in good faith when making contact or requesting a quote;
• Not use the site for fraudulent, unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order;
• Not attempt to disrupt the operation, security or integrity of the site;
• Respect the intellectual property rights attached to the site's content.

Any abusive use may lead to the end of the relationship and, where appropriate, suitable follow-up.

All elements of the site (visual identity, texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, layout and source code) are protected by intellectual property law. They are the property of Happy Stay or its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation, except for exceptions strictly provided by law.

The site may link to third-party platforms, including Instagram and WhatsApp. These links are provided to make the user experience easier, but Happy Stay has no control over these sites and cannot be held liable for their content or practices.

The user is invited to read the terms of each platform before using it.

Happy Stay reserves the right to change the site's content (texts, visuals, services presented) and these terms at any time, to reflect changes in its activity or applicable obligations.

The applicable version is the one available online at the time of your visit.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
